Something about Mary...

The “MD” in the company name are the initials of the Founder, Mary Discher. After working for over 25 years for local advertising agencies and communications companies, Mary decided to start her own business.

Professionally growing-up in the art department, Mary developed her graphic and creative skills year over year – starting as a production artist and evolving into a senior creative director. Then, moving into a leadership role, she extended her expertise, incorporating a foundation of business and client-focused approaches that established efficient and effective creative products. Following, Mary was promoted into a regional operational Vice President role, where she focused on defining systems and processes that aligned creative and account service teams through strategic solutions. These systems were implemented in 30+ offices located throughout the nation.

With this uncommon mix of creative and operational experience, Mary has the unique ability to provide creative, business savvy solutions. She partners closely with clients to provide top-notch design and marketing promotion solutions, and she loves every minute of it. She is one of those rare professionals that possess innate skills and abilities to successfully and creatively transform an idea or business need into something tangible.
